1. Scope of Services

Rudronix Media provides specialized digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising Management, Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization, and Web Design & Development.

Our strategies are driven by nearly a decade of internal Google insights and real-time data analysis. However, the Client acknowledges that digital marketing performance is subject to fluctuating market conditions and third-party platform algorithms. While we apply proprietary “Insider” methodologies to maximize ROI, specific rankings or conversion volumes are not guaranteed as they are influenced by external competitive factors.

2. Payment Terms & Billing

To maintain our high standard of service and technical deployment, the following payment terms apply:

• Monthly Retainers: Fees for recurring services (PPC Management, SEO, GMB) are billed in advance and are due at the start of each billing cycle. Work will commence only upon receipt of payment.

• One-Time Projects: For specialized projects such as Web Design ($3,199.99) or account setups, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in our production queue. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or prior to the website going live.

3. Client Obligations & Access

To ensure the “Ex-Google Edge” is applied effectively, the Client agrees to provide Rudronix Media with timely access to all necessary platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts.

• Google Business Profile (GMB) ownership/manager access.

• Website backend (WordPress/Webflow) and hosting credentials.

• Relevant brand assets and internal data required for campaign accuracy. Delays in providing access may result in a shift in campaign timelines or performance delays.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Web Design & Creative: Upon final payment of the project balance, the Client assumes full ownership of the front-end website design, copy, and visual assets created specifically for their brand.

• Proprietary Methodologies: Rudronix Media retains all rights, titles, and interests in its proprietary internal data models, “Insider Edge” strategies, and custom-built optimization scripts developed through our 9+ years of Google-internal experience. These methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rudronix Media.

5. Termination of Service

We believe in results-based partnerships, not long-term “hostage” contracts.

• Either party may terminate a recurring service agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

• Upon termination, Rudronix Media will cease all management activities at the end of the notice period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service already in progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rudronix Media acts as an expert consultant and service provider. We are not responsible for sudden changes, suspensions, or policy updates made by third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or Yelp). We shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue or data resulting from platform-wide algorithm updates, account suspensions due to Client-side policy violations, or external market shifts beyond our direct control.
